The 200 grams of Thinsolate is a bit thin, however, these are very well constructed and plenty warm enough for a person that is active outside in the cold. If you are not going to be doing activities, I would suggest at least 400 grams of Thinsolate or higher. They are also good looking for a snow boot! Our teenagers love them.
